Meatloaf

Well, this was my first attempt at making meatloaf… ever! I got Blair involved as well. She was completely grossed out mixing all the ingredients with our hands! Ha!

Weenie’s recipe just said “vinegar”, so we decided to use apple cider vinegar. It was delicious!


Ingredients:


2 lbs. ground beef

1 cup fresh bread crumbs

1 onion chopped fine

1 egg lightly beaten

1 ½ t salt

¼ t pepper

2 8oz cans tomato sauce

½ cup water

3 T Vinegar

3 T brown sugar

3 T mustard

2 t Worcestershire


Directions:


Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients beef, crumbs, onion, egg, salt and ½ can of tomato sauce. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over the loaf. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
